We keep saying it – but consider this: our class has made the unprecedented move of <\/span>raising additional funding from a small group of classmates to cut everyone\u2019s registration cost in half, so all classmates can attend. <\/b>And if that amount is still beyond reach, we have full subsidies. Think about what that generosity says about who we are as a class, and share in that spirit. <\/span><\/p>\n If you haven\u2019t been to a reunion yet or stayed in touch, this would be a great time to find out who your classmates have become \u2013 it\u2019s an extraordinarily welcoming group. Email <\/span>Patric Verrone<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n We have dynamic class discussions, roundtables, panels, and workshops led by classmates from many fields. \u00a0We also have personal stories, music, art, poetry, open mic, stories from Hollywood, a memorial service, relaxed dinners where you can mingle or dance all night (gone are the banquet tables!), and sports and small group meet-ups by interest. <\/span><\/p>\n WED programming, 2-5 pm: <\/b>Impact! Classmate Discussions : \u00a0<\/b>These interactive discussions will be running on parallel tracks (health care, sustainability, and social impact). \u00a0<\/span>Volunteer to speak<\/b> (email <\/span>Kate Elliott Smith<\/span><\/a>) or come be a gadfly in the audience:<\/span><\/p>\n Singers<\/b>: \u00a0The 35th Reunion Choir will lead hymns and sing several anthems at the Memorial Service, including \u201cThe Mountain Top,\u201d <\/span>an original piece composed by our classmate, Chris Owens<\/b>, in memory of our deceased classmates. Classmates, spouses and friends are welcome to join the choir, and all voice parts are needed. Music will be sent out in late April and a rehearsal will be held Thursday evening May 26 ahead of the service at 9 am Friday May 27.
